Summary
Mario arrives in Spinach Settlement and is spotted by Sagetoad, who urgently summons him to his house before teleporting away. Mario is left free to explore the settlement on his way there.
Scene 1 - EXT. Spinach Settlement
As Mario steps foot into Spinach Settlement for the first time, Sagetoad spots him in the distance from the trees above and beckons him over.
SAGETOAD: "Mario! You are finally here! I was informed of your imminent arrival. Please, come by my house at your earliest convenience. We have urgent matters to discuss."
Sagetoad raises his staff, teleporting upward multiple times onto each platform connected to the trees until he has moved offscreen. The camera pans back to Mario, and the player is now allowed to explore Spinach Settlement and eventually reach Sagetoad's house.
Once at Sagetoad's house, transitions to: 08 - Meeting with Sagetoad
